Innovox sells direct to the trade, so residential and commercial dealers may all place orders directly with our Sales Office in California (see complete contact information above). Standard terms are 2% 20 days, net 30 days on approved credit. Innovox also accepts VISA and MASTERCARD for your convenience.
Orders for stock product are shipped from either the California or Minnesota facilities depending on the shipping address and stock availability; typical turnaround is 48 hours after receipt of order.
Custom products and display-mounted speakers always ship from our Minnesota factory location. Lead time for all display-mounted speaker models is typically 3 to 5 business days after receipt of order. Other custom products, or custom-finish versions of standard products have a longer lead time; please call the Sales Office for lead time on a given custom order. |
