Architectural Specifications
The self-powered low-frequency loudspeaker shall utilize four 5.25" transducers in a dual-isobaric configuration (two isobaric pairs per enclosure) in a vented enclosure. System frequency response shall extend from 39 Hz to 120 Hz varying no more than +/- 3 dB. Maximum long-term acoustic output shall be no less than 107 dB measured at 1 meter from the loudspeaker baffle. The nominal coverage pattern shall be omnidirectional. Overall dimensions shall be no greater than 18.50" x 11.63" x 9.00"
The loudspeaker shall incorporate dual RCA-type connectors for signal input. It shall incorporate an internal amplifier capable of producing 75 watts RMS over the full system frequency range. The amplifier's power supply shall employ a toroidal transformer to reduce stray field and noise. The loudspeaker shall employ a 12 db/octave low-pass filter with a 120-Hz corner frequency and a 4th-order high-pass filter with a 30-Hz corner frequency to prevent over-excursion of the transducers.
The loudspeaker's enclosure shall be constructed of medium-density fiberboard (MDF). Standard finish shall be black textured polyurethane, with a grille of black fabric over an MDF frame.
The low-frequency loudspeaker shall be Innovox Audio model SB45-P.
