FRC-625V
The FRC-625V consists of an FRC-625 driver assembly, installed in an optimally tuned, vented, recessed ceiling enclosure. The speaker grille is designed to install flush with the finished ceiling with NO visible trim or bezel showing. A "trimless" plaster ground is installed at the time of ceiling installation, and the fully recessed speaker grille is placed when the ceiling installation and finishing are complete.
The loudspeaker features an LF section with a 6.5" cone driver and a coincidentally-mounted HF section. It employs an optimized passive crossover with 4th-order acoustic slopes to integrate the HF and LF sections. The loudspeakers' coincident driver orientation enables it to produce wide and uniform off-axis coverage. The FRC-625V-70V includes a high-quality, wide bandwidth 70-volt transformer with selectable taps of 20, 40 or 60 watts.
Applications
The FRC-625CV is engineered for applications where very high-quality, wide coverage, full range sound is required from a compact recessed ceiling loudspeaker.

Architectural Specifications
The two-way full-range recessed ceiling loudspeaker shall be of the point source type and shall incorporate a 1-inch textile dome HF transducer mounted coincidentally on a 6.5-inch LF cone driver. The coincident driver shall be mounted in an optimally tuned, vented enclosure designed for recessed ceiling installation. This system shall have a nominal coverage pattern of 120o conical. A passive filter network shall be employed to provide a crossover with 24 dB/octave acoustic slopes and system equalization.
System frequency response shall vary no more than +/- 3 dB from 42 Hz to 21 kHz measure on axis. The loudspeaker shall produce a Sound Pressure Level (SPL) of 89 dB on axis at 1 meter with an input power of 1 watt, and shall be capable of producing a peak output of 116 dB on axis at one meter. The loudspeaker shall handle 175 watts of amplifier power (AES standard) and shall have a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
The loudspeaker enclosure shall be rectangular in shape. It shall be constructed from fire-rated multi-ply plywood and shall be suitable for installation within plenum ceilings. Input connections shall be made within an externally mounted, steel IEC junction box (included). The loudspeaker grille shall mount flush with the finished ceiling, without a visible bezel. The grille shall be fabric wrapped over a snap-in grille frame and shall be available in a range of colors.
The loudspeaker shall be the Innovox Audio FRC-625V or Innovox Audio FR-625V-70V.
